Mohamed Khasmi, NP

Biography:

Mohamed Khamsi is our very own Nurse Practitioner here at Rio Grande Urology, leveraging a profound medical background ranging from coronary care to intensive care. Over the course of his career, he has progressed from the role of Registered Nurse (RN) to f Nurse Practitioner (NP), impacting many patients. His journey began with the attainment of his Bachelors in Nursing to become certified as a RN in 2011, and then pursuing his Master’s degree in Nursing ato the eventual acquisition of Nurse Practitioner certification in 2017. Prior to providing services at our urology center, Khamsi’s professional experiences extend from extended hours on-call to the administration of outpatient care within the realm of family medicine. Khamsi is characterized by his approachable and empathetic demeanor as a Nurse Practitioner, he is known to ask many questions until he understands each individual’s situation to its entirety. We are excited to provide a warm welcome to our distinguished Nurse Practitioner here at Rio Grande Urology.
